Party Crasher

When I finished this painting I wanted the viewer to feel the sudden upward thrust of the water hitting the rocks.  Musical terms seemed to offer the right feeling and the term sforzando expressed the sudden movement in the painting.  But the longer I thought about it the more I realized that the wave that crashed against the rocks started out beyond the horizon line and continued to build its power until the wave finally released its power against the rocks.  Party Crasher was the right term.
