The Grace of Ebb and Flow
Oil on Panel 24 inches x 36 inches x 1/4 inch $7,500.00 USD Private Collection
Our lives are always in a state of flux between unbridled joy and withering heartbreak. For most of us, good times don't last long, and neither do the bad times. This painting is a metaphor for the constant ebb and flow we experience. There is a biblical reference; "it came to pass...", and, to quote my wife, we can add ..."but it didn't come to stay."
